We had James perform some amazing magic at our wedding back in the November 2024, If we hadn't spontaneously met James during our wedding meal taster (also a mini wedding fayre) at beginning of the year none of this would have happened and we would have definitely missed out on some quality entertainment without realising so we're very grateful for that day, James gives such great aura, highly professional, the communication from start to finish was faultless, He made sure everything was planned/researched out perfectly. The whole wedding party thoroughly enjoyed it and were blown away, my wife and I sure as heck loved it, the kids absolutely adored James. He gave some memorabilia to remember his part in the day.I heartly recommend.

James was one of the standout highlights of our wedding day! He performed MC duties alongside his incredible magic both close up and to the whole room. His charisma shone throughout, making sure everyone got a piece of the action, and elevated our gorgeous day to new heights. James is a wonderful person which is what makes him so good at what he does, as well as having exceptional, magical performances. We've even got memorabilia of his magic on our mantlepiece still to this day! If you don't have James at your wedding, you're truly missing out!!

Myself and my partner hired James for our wedding on 30.12.2024. Fantastic host, entertainer and a magician! Definitely breaks the ice between the guests, assists with some organisational aspects and brings so much energy! We had a fantastic mini magic show, which i absolutely loved! Shame i didn't recorded it 🙈😅If anyone is in doubt, James is worth every penny! Every single one of our guests was in awe and had so many positive feedbacks on our choice to have him! James attended our wedding reception at the Italian Villa, Compton Acres 29th Dec 2023. He was outstanding, energetic, enthusiastic and so personable. He was really thorough with his preparations before hand and on the day. During the wedding speeches James turned into Jamie Jigsaw for the children to enjoy his circus workshop. Again, every child loved their workshop and returned with a variety of wonderful balloon creations.Without doubt, we'd highly recommend James and his amazing wife who stepped in at the last minute to record our wedding day as she is a videographer. Her incredible attention to detail shines through in our video recording of our wedding day.An awesome team to work with. We will most definitely be using James Maidment Magician again.

So impressed with James at a wedding fare we booked him straight away. He did not disappoint in any way. Communication was excellent right from the booking , during the day (just to check we were happy and enjoying our day) and a personalised thank you after the wedding day. There was so much laughter and gasps of disbelief from tables all thanks to James. He compared the whole day and ensured it all ran smoothly. I absolutely recommend James 100% I don’t have our professional photos back yet but our photographer followed James to each table so I’m expecting some great photos

We hired James for my Dad's 60th birthday party at the weekend and WOW - we're so pleased we did! At the start of the party James entertained a crowd of children (aged 2 - 9) with a circus workshop, balloon modelling and magic wands. They absolutely loved it! James then moved around the tables, performing close up magic for everyone. He's tricks were incredible and had everyone crowding round to watch. James made the party even more memorable, and I have no doubt his magic will be a talking point with our friends and family for a long time! I whole heartedly recommend him, an incredibly talented magician, and a really lovely guy.

I was lucky enough to win James’s recent wedding entertainment package competition and I am so grateful that I did. James was the magician I never knew I needed! He was brilliant from start to finish, he amazed all our guests with his magic and so many of them said how fantastic he was. He even made some balloon figures for the children!
